Balloon Launch

        My parachute team has worked on brainstorming, building and testing prototypes. We brainstormed ideas and decided the parachute should be 1m by 1.5m. We built our first prototypes by using trash bags then testing them off the bleachers. Sometimes we cut a whole in the middle so the parachute wouldn't rip and even though those types of parachutes worked we decided we didn't need the hole for air to escape. Another group in our class has started sewing a parachute for Friday. We haven't decided as a grade which one we will use. We are continuing to test and work and we are all excited for the launch on Friday during humanitas!
